Think about it... any food will begin to decompose as soon as it's harvested or picked. By freezing fish immediately after harvest, you're stopping the clock. Never frozen fish will deteriorate much quicker than frozen.
Also because of the extended shelf life, frozen fish can help reduce food waste down to virtually zero, when it's handled properly. We transport all of our finished frozen products directly from our farm to international markets via sea freight, instead of pricey and energy-intensive air cargo.
